NET, C#, Software Developer, Kubernetes HybridReperio has partnered with a fast-growing technology-driven company that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to help build high-performance, scalable systems powering real-time customer experiences for millions of users daily.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the architecture and future of backend services in a 24/7, always-on environment.Responsibilities:Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services processing millions of real-time transactions daily.Deliver high-quality, production-ready code with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance.Own the software development lifecycle-from concept and design to deployment and long-term support.Troubleshoot production issues in real-time, participate in on-call rotations, and drive root-cause resolution.Continuously improve systems with a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and fault tolerance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and QA to ensure alignment with technical and business goals.Mentor junior developers and contribute to maintaining a high-quality engineering culture.Requirements:3+ years of professional experience in backend software development, ideally using object-oriented languages such as .
NET or C#.
