Accounts Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Transaction Management: Prepare, issue, and track client invoices.
* Reconciliation: Reconcile client payments against invoices regularly, and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements.

* VAT Calculations: Assist in VAT calculations and preparation of returns.
* Client Communication: Respond to payment enquiries from clients or internal staff, and liaise with solicitors on billing matters or overdraft issues.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a Solicitors office is essential. IATI qualification is desirable but Qualified by Experience is also acceptable. Essential experience using XERO is required.
