We are building something new, something fresh and something that actually makes a difference.We are now hiring two Sales Representatives to help grow the BiaSol brand across Ireland. One will be based in Dublin and one will cover Munster. This is your chance to join a fast growing startup, work directly with the founders and build a commercial career in a company where your ideas actually matter.Role OverviewThis role is for someone who loves chatting to people, enjoys being on the road and gets a buzz from seeing products they represent selling well. You will be visiting stores, building relationships and spreading the word about BiaSol. You will help shape how our brand shows up on shelves and play a key part in our national growth.Key Responsibilities• Visit retail and convenience stores at least four days a week to open new accounts and support existing ones• Build strong relationships with store managers, supervisors and distributor reps• Make sure our products are looking class on shelf with proper placement and visibility• Drive rate of sale through sampling, store activation and little local wins• Spot new opportunities across cafés, retail, offices and local distributors• Support our marketing team with instore promotions and shopper activity• Share weekly updates on wins, challenges and ideas• Represent BiaSol with positive energy and a genuine passion for better food• Keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening in the market and feed those insights back to the teamExperience and Skills Required• 2 to 3 years experience in sales, business development, marketing or a related role• Experience in food or a food related qualification is a big advantage• A natural people person with strong communication skills• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently• Someone who enjoys being out and about rather than stuck behind a desk• Full clean driving licence• A can do attitude with a desire to develop and grow quicklyWhat We Offer• A chance to join a young, ambitious Irish food brand leading the way in circular food design• A fun, supportive team where you work closely with the founders• Fast career progression as the company scales and the commercial team grows• Competitive salary package with performance incentives• Company vehicle for field travel• Full training on our products, our message and how we sell• An opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable food in IrelandIf you are hungry to grow your career, love meeting people and want to work with a brand that is doing something genuinely different, we would love to chat.
