We are currently recruiting for an EO2 for our client based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £15.83
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week 9 to 5 Monday to Friday (flexible working)
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the Machinery of Government, Economic Partnership Division, and Partner Team mailboxes; assess incoming requests, coordinate with relevant team members for guidance or action, and ensure prompt responses.
• Issue governance requests for input to Invest NI and NI Screen as directed by line management. Track outstanding requests to INI and NIS and ensure timely follow-up.
• Issue request to INI and update INI PR to DfE EPG Strategic Planner.
• Assist EO1 in coordinating briefing requests and returns including FOIs/ EIRs, ensuring submissions meet departmental standards and are delivered within deadlines.
• Support the preparation of briefing materials (using appropriate departmental templates) and corporate returns, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and deadlines.
• Collate returns and present information for Branch management to review. Follow-up on all outstanding requests before the due date.
• Ensure that all returns are recorded in the Branch tracker and save approvals and associated correspondence to Content Manager.
• Save records to Content Manager promptly and update the Partner Teams Content Manager File Plan as required. Adhere to corporate guidelines for record management and report any data breaches in line with departmental policy.
• Identify relevant news articles and circulate links to Partner Team staff.
• Monitor Economy Committee meetings and highlight issues to Partner Team staff as required.
• Monitor Invest NI and NI Screen websites for recruitment activities and advise line management accordingly.
• Arrange in-person and online meetings as line management requires.
• Record action points at Partner Team weekly meetings. Follow up and track progress of actions.
• Arrange Team Business Planning activity if required.
• Casework admin support.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English Plus 2 A Levels. ( Proof of certs required )
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Administration experience
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
