We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to fill the role of HR Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources generalist roles and possess strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, absence and performance management. Proficiency in utilizing HR systems is also essential. A CIPD qualification or equivalent degree is preferable but not required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
