Planning Manager Planning Managerrequired to work for one of Europes leading main contractors to work on a range of Data Centre projects across Europe. This role will be based out of the companies Dublin City Centre office with regular travel to projects in Europe. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and scheduling team (planners, schedulers, coordinators). Allocate resources to deliver high-quality schedules and reports. Oversee creation and approval of baseline construction schedules. Ensure schedules are realistic, robust, and risk-aware. Implement advanced techniques (critical path, resource optimisation, scenario planning). Manage preparation of project status reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align schedules. Maintain best practices, standards, and templates. Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations. Support additional duties as required. Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management etc 8 years+ experience in construction planning and scheduling, including management roles. Proven track record on large-scale construction projects. Proficient in tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong expertise in EVM, critical path, and resource levelling. PMP or PSP certification preferred.
