Job Description:
Servisource is looking to appoint a key team member in the role of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the ongoing coordination of projects, supporting the Manager and wider team.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, personable problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. They should be driven to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can enjoy a challenge and work with others to achieve optimum results.
This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, but there may be opportunities for career progression in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Placing staff with clients across the temporary staffing division and ensuring all bookings are recorded on the system
* Coordinating with staff and clients to fill open shifts in a timely manner
* Keeping in regular contact with clients to supply them with feedback on their requirements and to check if any further requirements
* Assisting with employee queries to ensure that they are resolved without delay
* Ensuring all staff are fully compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client
* Ensuring that all staff are following timesheet policy and procedural guidelines to ensure payroll efficiency
* Dealing with payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaising with payroll and delivering query outcome to staff
* Liaising with Compliance and Training Departments to ensure on-going mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation are up to date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow up skills
* Ability to listen and guide and coordinate staff efficiently
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work to targets
* Highly motivated and pride in what one does is key to success in this role
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
