Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join our Finance and Capital Markets team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners in the Irish office to ensure that the team's knowledge and development objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Precedents and Know-How Impact Assessments: monitoring and carrying out impact assessments on the implications of new legal developments, identifying potential risks, opportunities for clients;
* Precedents & Protocols: assisting with the maintenance, development of precedents; processes; knowledge systems including automated documentation on Document Drafter;
* Current Awareness: management timely dissemination of relevant information fee earners within busy finance department,
* HORIZON SCANNING/reviewing existing, proposed legislation case law disseminating this back to colleagues,
Duties include responsibility for maintaining upto date collections standard commercial agreements key collateralised loan market documents etc material required undertake skills training junior staff ,
