Base Salary and Commission
Base Salary €60,000+ Uncapped Commission (Up to €50% OTE circa €100,000)

The Solutions Development Manager is a strategic, client‑facing role within Securitas Security Services, a company transitioning from traditional human‑centric security services to technology‑driven, integrated security solutions. This role is designed to support large enterprise clients and new business opportunities ("new logos"), acting as a trusted adviser.

Key Responsibilities
* Long‑term relationship building: The role is not transactional; it’s focused on understanding the evolving security needs of clients over time.
* Physical environment evaluation: The manager assesses the client’s physical sites to identify vulnerabilities or opportunities for improvement.
* Tailored technical solutions: Rather than offering generic products, the manager recommends bespoke solutions that:
* Improve security outcomes.
* Deliver cost savings over the long term.
* Meet & exceed targets.
* Maintain accuracy in capturing sales data & ability to analyse reports and data.
* Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
* Keyboarding, computer usage and various systems utilized by the Accounts Dept.
* Handle and be exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
Experience Requirement
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and communicate their benefits to non‑technical customers.
* Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or similar role within the security industry, IT industry or networking industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of electronic security market a plus training and guidance provided.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
