Job Overview
The Care vertical's commercial director is responsible for overseeing business operations, ensuring key financial targets are met. This includes sales, gross margin, EBITA and net working capital.
This role serves as a strategic representative of the organization to principals and customers, driving growth through market share gain and value chain expansion.
* Achieve established annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan targets.
* Provide regular updates on key business factors, issues, and achievements to senior management.
* Develop and implement strategies to advance the company's mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
Requirements:
* A relevant Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent, or four to ten years related experience, and/or training with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, enabling the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
