Chef – Nursing Home
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Chef for a nursing home in Drogheda, Dundalk.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
Supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
Work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
Compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
Operate the HACCP and Health & Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
Support for holiday and cover for Dublin units.
Requirements
Must have own transport.
