This construction consultancy requires a Director / Associate director to lead national and international projects in Dublin.
Responsibilities include leading projects through all stages, from design and planning to commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will also lead the Project Management Team, coordinate project meetings, and prepare deliverables such as Project Management Plans.
A degree in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying, or Project Management is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Strong technical knowledge of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies is essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering multiple projects concurrently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage staff and work effectively under pressure.
Experience with private and public sector clients, including public procurement processes, is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software like Primavera or Microsoft Project is also required.
