**Job Role:** Property Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Property Management, Leasing, Block Management, Resident Experience, and suppliers to coordinate maintenance contracts, turnover works, general maintenance repairs, and machine/vehicle servicing.
* Review check-out inspection reports, make deposit recommendations, and arrange replacement furniture from suppliers.
* Liaise with Property Managers and residents regarding key handovers and maintenance access.
* Operate and monitor inbound service emails, responding in a timely manner.
