Role Title: Installation Engineer
Department: Sky
Reports to: Team Manager
Location: Limerick
Role Purpose:
Your focus will be on the installation and service of Sky satellite systems to homes and businesses, delivering exceptional customer service and installation support. Full training is provided. A full, clean manual driver’s license is required.
* Salary: €33,000, rising to €37,000 after probation
* Daily Subsistence: €5 during training, increasing thereafter
* Monthly bonus: €100 based on KPIs
* Upselling Sky subscriptions
* Overtime at an enhanced rate
* Free Sky TV Subscription after 3 months
* Company vehicle with fuel card, CPD, full training, uniform, PPE

Principal Responsibilities:
* Install and service satellite products to client standards
* Achieve KPIs set by client and Actavo
* Deliver first-class customer experience
* Promote the brand positively
* Communicate health and safety issues timely to the Team Manager
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Full, clean manual driver’s license
* Good literacy, numeric, and IT skills
* Technical and installation skills
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Time management
