Cork Cork Port Terminal Services (CPTS) supports roll-on/roll-off, container and ferry operations at the Port of Cork.
We operate in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment and are now recruitingOperators / Stevedores to join our operational team in Ringaskiddy.
The Role This is a hands-on port operations role supporting vessel, yard and gate activities in a 24/7 working environment.
Key duties include: Ship-side and yard operations for Ro-Ro and container services Driving and manoeuvring freight units and cargo-handling equipment (training provided) Recording cargo movements and completing operational documentation Assisting with vessel loading and discharge Working safely around vessels, plant and members of the public Shift work applies, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Requirements Full, clean driving licence (car or HGV) Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Experience in ports, logistics, construction or industrial environments is an advantage.
