Commercial Analytics & Data Insights Manager
Job Description
The role of Commercial Analytics & Data Insights Manager is to lead the development of consistent, actionable insights that drive commercial performance across our three core regions.
This role will form part of the Group Commercial team and reports to the Group Head of Commercial Analytics & Data Insights. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in commercial analytics and 3+ years in people or project leadership roles, preferably in a multi-region or retail environment.
Deep expertise in BI tools (Power BI essential) and advanced Excel modelling is required. Comprehensive understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices is also necessary.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and to influence executive-level stakeholders is required. Strategically minded with a deep understanding of how data drives business performance and growth is necessary.
Adept at driving clarity through structured insight and strategic narratives is required. Passionate about data and its potential to unlock value is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and evolve the group-wide KPI framework, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all regions.
2. Champion data governance practices, including metric definitions and data lineage.
3. Partner with regional teams to embed standardised reporting and ensure adoption of group metrics.
4. Act as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.
5. Lead the design and delivery of insight products that inform decision-making at all levels-from C-suite to operational leads.
6. Drive the narrative behind the numbers, ensuring insights are accessible, relevant, and actionable.
7. Oversee the delivery of repeatable, scalable insight solutions across the group.
8. Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and tools that support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
9. Ensure insight delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
10. Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives that support strategic priorities such as customer insight, pricing, and performance optimisation.
11. Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects-from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.
