Key Responsibilities:
* Organizing workflow and delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of time
* Maintaining store standards and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Effective communication with Head Office and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Cash management and responsibility for all aspects of cash handling
* Maintaining accurate records and weekly wages using the TMS system
* Fostering a positive work environment and driving sales through strong leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in retail management or leadership roles
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
