We are currently in the process of recruiting a Full-Time IT/IPTV Specialist to join our IT Team for works based in our HQ is located in the South Dublin area.
The successful candidate will be required to assist the Head of IT on a day-to-day basis as well as working on their own initiative. They will also be responsible for providing backup support in other IT/IPTV areas when required and deemed necessary by their manager.
Our ideal candidate will have the drive to provide a high quality of technical service, passion for technology and a strong ability to communicate with our clients.

Requirements:
Essential:
* High Computer Literacy & Troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge and support experience of the following technologies: Unix systems, Linux Systems, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi, backup and recovery, Anti-Virus and other security systems.
* Confident manner with excellent operational & organisational skills.
* Competent and Punctual.
* High Standards for Completed works.
* Fluent English.
* Support end users for all desktop, hardware and software issues.
* Participate in deployment of new technologies and systems for the company.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of software for reporting requirements where required.
* Take ownership of issues that cannot be resolved on a first line basis and sees the issue through to completion when required.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team with regular updates to the knowledge base.
* Minimum 3 years IPTV experience
Advantageous:
· Previous experience within an IT role.
Middleware and Security
· Good documentation skills.
Scripting and Programming
· Experience in Microsoft 365 security features.
