Key Account Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in the healthcare industry. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing engagement and retention with post-sale customer interaction, assisting customers in using our products and/or services, and establishing strong relationships with multiple levels of the customer organization.
You will coordinate resources across areas like practice management, sales, IT, accounting, administration, compliance, and consulting services. Ensure delivery of contracted receivables management services and conduct regular customer meetings to establish mutual goals and review performance.
Maintain customer satisfaction through delivery of contracted receivables management services and actively promote collaboration with operational staff to facilitate effective service delivery and resolve customer issues.
Your Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of strategic account executive and/or management experience in healthcare and/or payor experience
* Proven record of success in customer growth and retention in revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry
* Strong executive presence, excellent communication and customer care skills, and substantial organizational skills
