Assistant Accountant?
Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Assistant
Contract type: Perm
In this role you will be working closely with the Manager in Statutory/Partner Matters team and will support the with transactional process and complex excel models and analysis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of all monthly and annual processes related to statutory accounting and partnership matters.
A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
* Have at least 2-3 years experience of working in a finance role
* Have started a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or completed Accounting Technician (AIT) qualification
* Advanced excel user including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player and highly collaborative
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Agile and flexible attitude to meet changing priorities
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Previous experience in using at least one computerised accounting package desirable (e.g., SAP)

* Support in preparation of preparation of statutory and partnership accounts
* Support in preparation of annual income tax and corporation tax returns
* Responsible for all monthly partner transactional matters
* Responsible for monthly capital account reporting
* Regular ad hoc analysis and projects supporting Finance Manager and Director on an ongoing basis

You will be joining a finance department of 60+ peers, and your team will consist of 4 people.
