Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive business success.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.

* Work closely with the HR Business Partner to achieve business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Generalist or HR Administration.

* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.

* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
