The Role
We are hiring a part-time coach to deliver high-quality semi-private training sessions within an established coaching system.
This role is primarily focused on session delivery and member experience, working with a consistent weekly schedule.
You will:
* Coach semi-private group training sessions
* Deliver sessions using a structured training system
* Build rapport and relationships with members
* Maintain a calm, professional training environment
* Attend internal training and development sessions
All programming, systems, and session structure are provided.

Experience & Requirements
* 1+ year in-person coaching experience preferred
* Relevant qualification (Level 7 or above)
* Comfortable coaching mixed-ability groups
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability for early mornings and/or evenings
Development & Progression
This is a long-term role with room to grow.
As consistency, trust, and delivery are demonstrated, opportunities may include:

* Progression toward a Senior Coach role
