* Operate the hotel efficiently at night, ensuring high standards are met

* Implement and maintain health & safety protocols, including fire walks and security checks
* Manage front office duties, including night audits and check-in/check-out procedures
* Lead and develop a team of Night Porters, promoting career growth and development

* Proven knowledge of the hospitality industry
