Job Description
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managers on all HR-related activities, providing support and guidance to leaders across multiple regional locations.
* This includes supporting leaders with employee relations issues, such as absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, and probationary management.
* The successful candidate will also lead the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all regional locations in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Partner in a similar fast-paced environment.
* Candidates must have a relevant HR-related third-level qualification and/or CIPD certification.
* Prior experience working with stakeholders at a senior level in a HR capacity is essential.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, enabling them to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience working in a multi-site environment and flexibility with working hours and travel are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ER/IR experience, including exposure to arranging, preparing, supporting, and leading Employee Relations meetings. They will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
