The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with respiratory conditions, ensuring effective management and monitoring of their treatment plans. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, assisting with medical procedures, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and maintain accurate clinical documentation is a key aspect of this role.QualificationsRegistered Nurse qualification with active registration in the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)Comprehensive knowledge and experience in respiratory nursing, patient assessment, and chronic disease managementStrong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsAbility to manage and prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic clinical environmentCommitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional developmentExperience in a hospital setting, particularly in respiratory or critical care units, is an advantageCPR, infection prevention, and manual handling certifications are desirable
