Responsibilities and Qualifications
A high level of organisational skills and competency
A knowledge of HSE organisational systems and processes
Excellent administrative and time management skills
Flexibility and capacity to respond in a rapidly changing organisational environment
Ability to work respectfully and effectively with others in a complex and challenging working environment including Service Users, Clerical Admin staff, Clinical staff and the Director of Counselling.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
