Project Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering complex electronic products from concept through to production.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
* Apply structured project management methodologies including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with our project gate review framework.
* Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in leading projects ideally in electronic product development.
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
* Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
* Experience delivering cross-functional projects using structured methodologies.
