TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer based in Sligo.
Location: Sligo Town Position: Grade III Clerical Officer Hours: Full time, 9am5pm (35 hours per week) Pay: €*****€***** per hour (based on previous relevant public sector experience) Contract: Temporary 3-month contract Responsibilities Manage reception duties including handling telephone queries, greeting patients/visitors and managing appointments.
Assist with the typing and preparation of letters, reports and correspondence.
Complete typing tasks and minute meetings as required.
Maintain and update relevant databases and information systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines.
Process fostering payments and appropriate allowances.
Coordinate, schedule and support meetings, appointments or departmental events.
Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
Work as part of the wider administrative team, providing cover for other desks/areas as required.
Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or public sector setting.
Experience in taking, preparing, and formatting meeting minutes.
Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Be open to travelling to different locations within the area as required.
