Key to our manufacturing facility's success is a skilled Equipment Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of our semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
• Support Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis
• Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision making
• Drive Continuous Improvement of KPIs of semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF)
Requirements:
• Experience: 6-10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry
• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills
• Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures
• Analog Devices adopts a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy
