As a Waiter in The Gallery, you will be an essential part of our renowned Afternoon Tea service. You will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional service
Serve Afternoon Tea and other food and beverage items with precision and care
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including seasonal offerings and special dietary options
Ensure the Gallery is clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times
Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
Knowledge of food and beverage, particularly in the context of Afternoon Tea, is highly desirable
