About Your New Role: Maintenance Engineer
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our organisation's assets while continuously improving maintenance systems and processes.
You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance excellence through a proactive and data-driven approach.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop, implement, and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
2. Manage and enhance the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
3. Collaborate with operations, IT, and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability.
4. Analyse maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency.
5. Support asset management, tagging, and criticality assessments.
6. E nsure health, safety, and operational compliance at all times.
What Skills You Need
To succeed in this position, you will require:
1. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or time-served technician with 5+ years experience in a maintenance engineering role.
2. Proven experience using and optimising CMMS platforms.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of asset management principles and maintenance best practices.
