Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Team Lead to oversee critical shift operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, lead a skilled team of operators, and ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimising production downtime across shifts
* Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements
* Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimise equipment performance and system efficiency
* Manage and coach shift teams to meet key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Identify team development needs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability
* Oversee training compliance to meet ISO standards and evolving operational demands
* Ensure adherence to 6S standards, promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systems
* Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern:
This role follows a continental 12-hour shift, rotating between Week 1 & 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Week 2 & 4: Wednesday, Thursday.
