To carry out any reasonable request by management in delivery of the hotel obligations under the terms of the contract with the client.Key ResponsibilitiesToliaiseandcooperatewithmanagementdirectionasrequiredthroughoutthecourseof your shift.Tocarryoutalldutiesinallhoteldepartmentsasdirectedunderthestandardoperating procedures guidelines and/or as requested by hotel management.To ensure all Resident and/or NGO queries are handled promptly and efficiently.Toservebreakfast,lunch,dinnerandkeepcommonareascleanandtidyasrequested by hotel management and in line with shift pattern issued by hotel managementTobeawareof foodallergens asapplicableforresidents meals.Shift pattern will be based on 5 days over 7.ToanticipateResidentneedswheneverpossibletoenhancequalityserviceandinturn ensure comfort of the Residents.Toreportall Residentfeedbackto thehotel managementTo use initiative in relation to speedy resolution or Resident queries.Toensurealldepartmentalchecklistsarecompletedandcheckedbyasupervisorbefore going off duty.ToensureHACCPandHealthand Safetyisadheredtoatall times.To ensure Manual handling, fire, chemical and all other training is always adhered to in full..To meet all requirements laid out in the hotel health and safety policy including the property safety walks, attendance at safety briefings, H&S training etc.
