Reperio has partnered with one of Ireland's leading retail and SME banks seeking a Business Analyst to join during an exciting phase of digital transformation.
This role bridges business strategy and data-driven delivery — translating requirements into actionable analytics solutions that drive insight and operational efficiency across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business units to identify and prioritise data and analytics needs
2. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and user stories
3. Support the development and management of data product backlogs and plans
4. Liaise between business stakeholders and CDAO teams to align on outcomes
5. Contribute to the design of data solutions addressing business challenges
6. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
Requirements:
7. Degree in Business, Data, Computer Science, or related discipline
8. Proven experience gathering and translating business/technical requirements
9. Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Modelling
10. Strong analytical mindset with data & analytics knowledge
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
