Main Purpose of Job:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month specific contract basis, covering a period of extended leave. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a growing and thriving environment. Based in Cork, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations across our Dublin and Cork sites and should be comfortable with occasional travel between locations. In this role, you will support key employee lifecycle processes and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.

HR Management.
Main Tasks of Job:
Administration
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing contracts, offer letters, and reference checks.
· Manage employee data and ensure HR systems and files are kept accurate and up to date.
· Support probation reviews, contract changes, and leaver processes.
· Help coordinate reward and recognition initiatives.
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Support managers with recruitment admin, posting job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, and arranging interviews.
· Prepare new starter packs and coordinate induction schedules.
HR Operations
· Be the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating where necessary.
· Maintain HR trackers and produce basic reports.
Employee Relations (Basic)
· Take minutes in HR meetings as required.
· Support with employee relations administration.
General HR Support
· Assist with company communications and employee engagement initiatives.
· Provide ad hoc admin support to the HR Lead and the wider management team.
Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in an HR Administrator, Co-ordinator, or Generalist role is preferred.
· Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
· Familiar with HR systems and MS Office.
