Project Management Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer projects throughout the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
* Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular internal and external updates
* Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Be the Main Point of Contact for Customers
* Provide status overview
* Take ownership of critical issues
* Manage all customer UAT sessions
* Support business change process
* Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions/implementations meet business/customer needs

Technical Skills:
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Self-motivated with a positive and flexible attitude
* Ability to set and work to strict project deadlines
* Knowledge of MS SQL, JIRA, Development Lifecycles preferable

Educational Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
