Senior IT Analyst Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to play a pivotal role in internal technical operations and customer-facing support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team providing IT support on various issues.
* Maintaining organization and accuracy, prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Assisting in mentoring and training team members.
* Addressing user requirements with commercial insight.
* Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
* Staying updated on emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support with leadership experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Project management skills, including proposal writing.
* Strong knowledge of OS, networking, and hardware.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Microsoft & Apple OS, Kaseya & Datto Products, Office365 & Intune, desktop/mobile support, Android and iPhone devices, PoS/EPoS, and industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
