Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with medium and large corporate clients, onboard new group pension schemes, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new group pension schemes
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
* Conduct investment reviews and promote member engagement
* Cross-sell related products and services, generating repeat business and referrals
* Coordinate projects related to scheme transitions and implementation
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years' experience in employee benefits management
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
* Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management
* Experience working with industry bodies is advantageous
* Third-level qualification in Business, Investments, or Pensions
