Noel group are recruiting a Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a large hotel group. This role will be based in their Letterkenny property, a highly rated venue with excellent facilities including top notch bar and restaurant.
They are looking for an ambitious duty manager who has previous management / supervisor experience in food and beverage environment.
The role will involve:
Manage staff, ensuring that they deliver service to the highest standards.
Ensure that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly.
Work with staff to ensure that all duties are carried out in line with standard operating standards.
Contribute towards the development of menu's.
Minimum requirements:
Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a hotel environment.
Right to work in Ireland and living in a close commute to Letterkenny.
A track record in delivering an excellent customer experience.
A stable work history.
