Senior HR Business Partner - Global Operations & Technology
About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a vital role in driving business performance by providing strategic HR support to the Global Operations and Technology organization. As a seasoned HR professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, acting as a steward and curator of the company culture and talent strategy.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders within assigned HR client groups, identifying and addressing critical business needs, and achieving goals that support the people strategy. This includes championing the company's values and culture, participating in talent review processes, and driving talent development and career progression.
In this role, you will also develop a strong associate engagement program, facilitate open communication with leadership, and educate associates on how they contribute to enterprise-wide goals. You will partner with business leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent, fostering constructive associate relationships across the organization.
Additionally, you will advise and coach managers on relevant employee relations matters, oversee grievance and disciplinary processes, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR methodologies and procedures that support efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years HR experience (preferably in a US multinational/manufacturing environment) and degree qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience working in a unionized environment and participating in union negotiations
* Experience partnering with senior leaders to achieve shared company objectives
* Excellent project, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working through change programs or certification in change management a plus
