Location: Limerick Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 Package: Hybrid working (2 days in the office), Private medical insurance, bike-to-work scheme, pension, on-site parking Reporting into: CSA Director Our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-value industrial and commercial projects nationwide, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Limerick.
This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with the successful candidate expected to lead project delivery across all stages, without reporting into Architects.
Responsibilities Design & Technical Delivery: Produce and coordinate planning applications, tender/construction drawings, specifications, and BCAR-compliant documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors; attend client meetings; carry out site inspections and snagging.
Project Leadership: Independently manage workload and deadlines across industrial, commercial, and select educational projects.
Team Development: Support and mentor junior Architectural Technologists and graduates within the CSA team.
