Senior Store Leader

**About the Role**
As a Senior Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored, counted, and maintained to prevent loss or damage
* Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, including customer feedback mechanisms and loyalty programs
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct, customer service, and financial management
* Monitor and manage business administration, including cash control, wage costs, budgets, and profit and loss statements
**Requirements**
* Proven track record in retail management, preferably with experience in a similar role or in a supervisory capacity
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
