With two manufacturing plants and a strong European presence, Orona is the number one lift manufacturer in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our Dublin Installation Team.You will ideally have previous experience managing projects and have worked in the lift or construction industry. You will combine management experience with technical knowledge to be able to understand and solve the issues facing our engineers to meet customer and project requirements. You should be fully conversant with engineering drawings and able to plan, prioritise, organise and assign tasks, adapting your style to effectively train and pass on knowledge to others.You will be responsible for: Managing multiple installation projects of various sizes and revenueManaging direct and subcontract labour, materials and the finances of the project from start to completion,Ensuring final testing, commissioning and handover are completed in line with timescales set by the client.Maintaining customer relationships ensuring that targets and timescales are achieved and that all parties involved in the project are full informed at key stages of the processSupervising your direct reports and dealing with any issues that arise, whilst ensuring that accurate management reports are completed in a timely manner. RequirementsExperience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams across concurrent projects.Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.Proven experience in project management within the construction, mechanical, or electrical sectors.Strong understanding of technical drawings, project schedules, and installation processes.Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and risk management.Full, clean Irish/EU driver's licence – site travel will be required.
