* Audited accounts from the accounts department are closely monitored, maintaining transparency and accountability.

* AGMs and other meetings are attended, fostering strong relationships and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
* SLAs are operated and monitored, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
* Sites are visited regularly, ensuring thorough knowledge of operational environments.
* Projects are overseen to successful conclusion, meeting client expectations.
* Budgets are prepared, and expenditures are controlled, optimizing financial resources.
* Activities are coordinated, and work is directed to support staff, enhancing team productivity.
* The company is represented at Board of Directors/Developers level, maintaining professional relationships.
* Goals and objectives are reviewed and interpreted, aligning with business strategy.
* Programs are implemented to address problems and enhance positive aspects, driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility is required.
* Degree-qualified individuals with proven experience in property management are preferred.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong expertise in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations is essential.
* Leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills are highly valued.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation is an advantage.
