The Talbot Group is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to join our Day Services Team. This role forms part of our Outreach Programme, supporting adults in line with the New Directions model of service delivery.
Essential
Key Requirements:
* Hold a relevant Social Care qualification at Level 7 or above or be currently undertaking a Social Care qualification at Level 7 or above
* Previous experience working within Day Services, Outreach Programmes or Residential Services
* Very familiar with the New Directions Model
Desirable
* Full, clean driver's licence
