We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning Administrator to maintain our training delivery operations and client services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team committed to excellence in training.
This role operates on a hybrid basis, combining in office work with remote days when no in office events are scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Administration:
* Providing excellent customer service & a warm welcome to our delegates
* Manage front desk and break out area for in person training events in our Dublin office.
* Create and manage class enrolments and associated confirmations.
* Manage daily training schedules for instructors and resources.
* Liaise with the team to organise training deliveries, materials, and additional resources.
* Review daily post class evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
* Act as the initial contact for client inquiries regarding existing training.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Experience:
* Proven experience in operations or administration roles, preferably in the training, education, or professional development industry.
* A background in coordinating training schedules and logistics.
Skills:
* Fluent conversational and written business English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and desktop tools.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Professional communication & interpersonal abilities.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
