Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Job: Administration and Reception SupportReports to: ManagerRole: To manage and take responsibility for the reception and assist in record keeping of the volunteer centre.
Key areas of work:
Provide administrative services and support to the manager and staff of the centre
Answer phones take phone messages for staff members
Assist manager with day-to-day administration tasks and assist the team in providing supports to community organisations in Cork City and County.
Work with manager and staff of the centre in promotional events.
Support with Room Bookings
Support with Ukraine Community Hub
Work on Salesforce the online database
Provide information on volunteering and the benefits of volunteering.
Attend Team Meetings.
Person Specification:
Good administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills
Ability to work well in a team.
