For our client, a leading Irish food and convenience retailer in Co. Limerick, Ireland, we are looking for a Trainee Manager.
Candidate Information / Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in the retail business and proven supervisory experience
Knowledge of HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols
Great customer service and dealing with complaints
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work and delegate in a fast-paced environment
Advanced level of English is required
About the Job:
Permanent, full-time position
Accommodation is not provided
Salary after tax will be 2 495 € net per month (35 000 € gross per year) based on 42 hours per week
Salary is paid weekly
Responsibilities: working under the supervision of managers and executives, acquiring all essential knowledge to become future managers, and learning all company functions, policies, and staff duties
