Key Responsibilities:



* Provide operational support across all activities

* Coordinate and deliver OD projects

* Support learning and development initiatives

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



* 3+ years experience in Organisational Development or related field

* Experience supporting projects in HR or OD functions

* Familiarity with change management practices

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems

* Relevant third-level qualification in HR or related discipline
