The role focuses on delivering high-quality analytics, insights, and data solutions to support business decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and data models using tools such as Power BI.Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines from data lake to analytics-ready formats.Analyse and report on performance metrics using digital analytics platforms.Perform advanced analysis including forecasting, pre/post analysis, causal inference, and ad-hoc investigations.Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making.Experience & Skills3–5 years' experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.Strong SQL skills with Python and/or R.Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Google Analytics, and BigQuery.Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and statistical analysis.Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-paced environments.Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
